Almost 2,200 borrowers attended the Foreclosure Prevention workshop held on Tuesday, August 12 at Gillette Stadium. More than 1,900 borrowers were able to meet with a lender/servicer, housing counselor or both. However, due to the unprecedented turnout, lenders/servicers were not able to meet with all who arrived but in those cases took information and committed to follow up with borrowers by phone within 5 business days.
If you have not heard from your servicer within 5 business days, you can call the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston hotline at
1-800-882-1600.
