On Thursday, March
3rd, the Public and Community Affairs Department of
the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston hosted its 9th annual
Massachusetts LifeSmarts State Competition. Despite
a snow storm days earlier, twenty high school teams
from local cities and towns came ready to contend for
the title of state champion. Volunteers from the FDIC,
Office of the Attorney General, Consumer World, Inc.
and FRB employees acted as officials.
- The Palmer High School “Panthers
2” beat out 20 teams from across Massachusetts
to claim the state’s 8th
Annual 2005 LifeSmarts championship. For more information, see
